Industry Partnership with Education Providers

Whether or not to support ‘streamlined’ visa processing, the education providers taking part in the pilot phase will be able to choose, for individual offshore students.

The industry partner takes responsibility for ensuring the student has sufficient funds to maintain himself, when choosing streamlined visa processing.

The student must choose an appropriate course and the student’s intentions to study should be genuine and meet all requirements to study the course.

This letter of nomination must be submitted to the relevant INZ Visa Application Center along with a completed application form, other required documents and the required fee.

If they choose to support a student for streamlined processing, a letter of nomination will be given by the provider.

The following education providers are authorized to support streamlined processing and provide nomination letters to offshore student visa applicants, as on December 2013;
