In order to get the family visa, first, the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) must approve your immigrant visa petition (I-130) for you. In order to begin the family based immigration process it must be accompanied by proof of the relationship and the other required documentation.

K3 Visa: Under a K3 visa a US citizen is allowed to sponsor his spouse to join him in the US, while the Green Card application is being processed.
IR Green Card: US citizen can sponsor his/her spouses from other nations, children and parents under the ‘Immediate Relative’ category for a Green Card.
F1-F3 Green Card: Under these Green Card categories, US citizens can sponsor their children to become permanent residents of the United States.
F2 category: Under this category permanent residents of the US can sponsor their spouses from other nations and children to apply for a Green Card.
F4 Green Card: Under this category US citizens can sponsor their brothers and sisters to apply for permanent residency.
